Mat Pilates

Mat-based Pilates class inspired by the original Joseph Pilates exercises. This is a full-body workout focusing on using the centre of your body; core, shoulders and hips to strengthen and stabilise.

Sometimes we spice this up with a Pilates ball, ring or hand weights!

Reformer Pilates

Taking place on a moving carriage, Reformer Pilates provides additional resistance to intensify your workout. Using the Pilates principles, the core is your powerhouse but with added resistance, co-ordination and balance you are guaranteed a challenging workout!

Re-Form; This class is suitable for all abilities.

Re-Fresh; Foundation class for beginners or as a refresher!

Re-Flow; Gentle, calming class allowing you to stretch and reset.

Come and join us at Peach Studio and appreciate what your body can do! One -off class passes and regular memberships are available, so there is something to suit everyone.

121 Reformer

Whether you want to build your confidence, prefer a quieter setting or you are keen to learn more about your body, 121 sessions are ideal for you.

1 hour sessions available at Peach Studio for both Reformer and Mat Pilates. We currently support clients of all ages and abilities to build strength, confidence, improve posture and maximise wellbeing.

If you are new to exercise or you are recovering from an injury, 121s are a great way to get you moving in a way that feels good for you.
